It is my sincere pleasure to write this note of appreciation for one of the most fantastic residents that I’ve ever met, Dr. Chang. After a tumultuous week filled with 8 eye appointments in the course of 5 days, I arrived at GA Eye Partners for a follow-up truly looking for a semblance of relief and explanation for my corneal issues. Dr. Chang was just that relief. She was kind, patient, and apologetic for my 2-hour wait. She provided the utmost care, even going as far as to show me a visible picture of my eye to explain in detail and in plain language what was happening. She took her time and led the visit from start to finish with a wonderful attitude. Her passion for the field of optometry is evident and most importantly her love for patient care permeates. In a time of a national pandemic, patients, such as myself, are worried about the state of our health and of the healthcare system. I’m happy to know that doctors like Dr. Chang still exist!
