The 'LASIK Hero Contest' promotion is open only to Atlanta-based first responders, health care workers, and active military members who were submitted as a valid entry during the nomination period and who have not previously undergone laser vision correction.
One winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Georgia Eye Partners. The winner will receive a Bi-lateral Blade LASIK procedure, valued at $5,000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the nomination entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
By participating in the LASIK Hero Contest, the participant acknowledges and agrees that Georgia Eye Partners may use the submitted nomination stories, names, and images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and press releases.
Any personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
